Your Questions Answered
❓ Can we join mid-term?
Yes. If there’s space in the relevant session, you’re welcome to join partway through. Fees will be adjusted accordingly.
❓ Do you run lessons during school holidays?
Yes. Although our small group sessions lessons follow the standard school term calendar and pause during the half terms and school holidays, we are still able to offer 1:1 sessions during this time.
❓ What if my child misses a lesson?
We understand things happen. While we can’t offer refunds, we’ll do our best to allow them to join another group that week.
❓ How do I book a place?
Simply get in touch using our contact form or by email. We’ll confirm availability and send over the next steps.
❓ How does your pricing work?
We ask parents to pay upfront on a half termly basis or in blocks of 5 for Saturday sessions.
❓ I’m worried my child won’t like their group
Placing children into a group is a very strategic process and we take this very seriously. We ensure children are matched appropriately on their age, ability and personality traits. We would never add a child into a group if we didn’t think it would be in everyone’s best interests.
❓ Does my child need to bring anything to their session?
No, we are a fully equipped space with lots of enriching learning resources.
